Small Order Policies

Some of our competitors compensate for small orders with policies such as $100.00 minimum orders or a $10.00 surcharge for small orders. We understand that even the largest customer will sometimes want to order a single display and we are dedicated to maintaining a policy that allows for small order fulfillment without penalty or surcharge. However, we have realized that we can't do it without your help.

Please read these points that determine much of the cost of processing small orders and be sure that our policy on them is acceptable to you.

These are considered "experimental" policies and subject to change or modification, mostly depending on feedback we get from customers but their purpose is to allow us to continue processing small orders.

We can not process orders on the phone. Similarly, credit card authorizations can only be made through our secure web server. We can not process credit card authorizations by phone, fax or mail. You may also send mail orders and check payments to us at:

CORRESPONDENCE: Please correspond with us by email for shipping quotes, product information or customer service. Email inquiries receive a higher priority and a quicker response than leaving a telephone message.

DELIVERY STATUS INQUIRIES: Please do not request tracking numbers or status reports unless your order is actually due. Please allow at least 3-5 business days for delivery in all cases. If you are located quite far from the shipping point, estimated transit time to your zip code has been stated in your shipping quote in terms of "business days". Add weekends and holidays to this estimate as well as up to two days for order processing and shipping.

RUSH ORDERS: Although we do our best to process and ship your order swiftly, we can not guarantee delivery by a nearby deadline such as a "rush order". Most orders are shipped within 24 hours following the day the order is placed and paid for, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Rush service for orders less than $100 (before shipping costs) is available for a fee of $20 in addition to expedited freight charges.

A NOTE ABOUT "OVERNIGHT" SHIPPING CHARGES: Display racks require large cartons and in most cases shipping charges are based on carton size in addition to actual weight. This is referred to as "dimensional weight" by UPS and FedEx.

Express shipping rates can be a shock to many people. Even UPS 3 day select service can sometimes cost as much as the display itself.

Below are a few examples of different express shipping costs for use as guidelines only. Actual costs must be calculated according to your zip code.

Freight costs below are based on UPS rates in effect Jan, 2005 and do not include updated fuel surcharges used by UPS to offset higher fuel costs.
